Alice, Peter and John Phillips originally established Parri Estate in 1998 with an 82-acre vineyard located between Mt Compass and Victor Harbor in the cool, maritime climate of the Southern Fleurieu Peninsula, Australia . The word “Parri” was used by the Kaurna people, traditional owners of the land in the region, to describe the creeks, valleys and gullies that surrounded them. Alice was grown up in Hong Kong and speak perfect Cantonese. This would be a very unique chance to talk with vineyard owner face to face and get to know the wine in our language.
